Commission & Payments

• You generate commissions from sales of products purchased from your referral link, or from your personal sales.

• The Distributor Agreement will stipulate payment schedules, thresholds, and methods.

• All commissions are subject to local tax deductions.

• The company may not pay commissions in the event of fraud or policy violations

Product Purchases & Refunds

• All products are sold subject to their availability.

• Refunds or returns will be processed according to the Refund Policy on our website.

• Distributors cannot buy too much just to get commission rewards.

Prohibited Activities

• No spamming, false advertising or reselling without authorization

• Personal gain through the use of company branding without proper authorization is prohibited.

• Account termination for activities that damage the company driving such activity.

Termination of Account

• The company may suspend or terminate individual distributors’ accounts for policy violations.

• Distributors can terminate their account by sending written notice.

Intellectual Property

• All text, trademarks, and copyrights on TwilightCosmetics.com belong to the company.

• Forbidding unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of materials.

Limitation of Liability

• The company will not be liable for losses incurred because of distributor sales performance.

• There is not always a guarantee of the availability of the product.

Changes to Terms

• Twilight Cosmetics may change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• If you continue to use the website, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
