How to Return an Item and Get a Refund.

• Products should be unused, unopened, and fall within its original packaging.

• Any return requests needs to be made within 10 days of the date of purchase.

• Items purchased during promotional sales, or that were purchased using a discount, may not be eligible for return unless defective.

• Opened or used any cosmetics and skincare products.

• Products having a defect caused by misuse or storage.

• Products that were sourced from someone other than an authorized reseller.

• Digital or downloadable products (when applicable).

Return Process

Approval & Return Instructions

• We will issue a return authorization and shipping instructions if eligible.

Ship the Product

• You pay for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Inspection & Processing of Refund

• After we get the item and confirm its condition, we will issue the refund in 10 business days.

Refund Policy

• Refunds approved will be issued to the original form of payment used.

• Your payment provider might take up to 10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we made an error in processing your order (e.g. wrong or defective item).
